Dear Kim,

I wanted to thank you and your staff for the outstanding experience at the Holiday Inn Oceanfront for our Perdue Health Works (Nurses) Conference last week! We were definitely feeling spoiled with the attention to detail that you provided, along with the response to our needs.

Your staff took good care of us; in particular, I wanted to say a special thanks to Victoria for her banquet and AV technology services, she was great! Dana and the rest of the banquet team was friendly, professional and made us feel that nothing was too much trouble for them. Front Desk folks were dedicated to being sure our folks received their welcome letters, had availability to the rooms in such a timely way, and Thomas even helped to unload and deliver the boxes of conference folders that we brought! I can't say enough about you, Kim! It was a delight to work with such a true, dedicated professional. Thank you for all of your guidance from the start, especially for suggesting that the Holiday Inn would be better suited to us than the Hilton Suites, because of all the space we needed.

From several comments that the nurses made, the general consensus was that your team certainly takes customer service to a level that consistently exceeds expectations. The meals were delicious and nutritious, so we could eat healthy and still feel we were being indulged!

Everyone went over the top to make our team building event a success. All the artists had a nice view of the beach to take home. Please extend our thanks to your team. The entire staff at the Holiday Inn Oceanfront made every effort to speak to all of us, and they were courteous, friendly and professional. We will look forward to returning again for another conference. As always, it was good to see you, Kim, and we will look forward to returning!
